Somatic Yoga Mixed Ability Hatha, beginners welcome. |
Hatha classes involve breathwork, mobilisation and building up to a peak posture or sequence, concluding with a relaxation practice.
Vinyasa classes are quicker paced with postures flowing in a sequence linked with the breath.
Cost:
FIRST CLASS FREE TO NEW STUDENTS
Chesterfield classes are run on a school termly basis and are therefore blocks are of varying length but if classes are block booked they cost £8 per class.
You can drop-in to a single class for £10
Matlock classes run continually and are £8 per class
Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Your Teacher
Dave (a British Wheel of Yoga 500 Hr Yoga Teaching Diploma Holder) has been teaching yoga since 2009 and practicing since the turn of the century. As well as regular classes Dave also teaches BWY Foundation 1 and 2 courses and is qualified to teach BWY yoga teacher training.
